The Employee Self Service Module provides employees with direct access to their records. For instance, employees have the ability to update personal information within defined security parameters without the aid of HR personnel. HCM summaries the information into an exportable CV format.
HCM allows employees to apply for leave whenever there is need be. The supervisor/hr,depending on the company, assigned to the employee approves/rejects the application. The employee can view a leave summary to keep track of their leave history with different packages applied before.
